Treatment of Maxillary Deficiency with Reverse Chin Cup: A Case Report

Introduction: This case report aims to illustrate the dentoalveolar changes of a 13-year-old class III patient with maxillary deficiency treated Reverse Chin Cup appliance.one popular appliances for treating patients deficient maxilla is facemask. In growing patients, treatment options include extraoral and intraoral devices. chin forehead are used anchorage supports. Case Presentation: The girl mild deficiency. She had an Angle Class molar relationship. refused use face mask due its highly bulky size. attached removable appliance in upper jaw, Adams clasps on first molars, premolars, C-clasps central lateral incisors additional anchorage. Results: After sixth month cup, SNA increased by 2°, positive overjet was achieved. Conclusion: demonstrates that reverse cup suitable alternative facemasks cases.
